Our menu software allows us to enter recipes and easily obtain nutritional facts for recipes. We can also assess recipes using the USDA’s Recipe Analysis Worksheet to determine specific meal components provided so you know how to credit the recipe on your menu and ensure compliance and appropriate documentation. We helped a popular local bagel maker when she wanted to create a school compliant pizza bagel to offer to schools. She provided us with her recipe and we were able to assess the recipe and provide her with a nutrition facts label and product formulation statement that she provides to schools to document nutrition standards compliance. We love when schools want to create recipes from scratch and we have provided the recipe analysis so they can do so while adhering to program compliance at the same time.
